Our Story
The way our path’s crossed seems like destiny...it almost seems like a love story! We met at kindergarten open house and after the usual “getting to know you” small-talk and laughing about our “Julie” connection, we found out we have pretty much lived the same life. Same hometown, same sports, same hobbies, same weird hangups, have broken the same bones, and discovered we lived in the same neighborhood! A carpool was the obvious next step, and after seeing eachother everyday we became fast friends, and well….the rest is history!
We believe that your home is your haven and you deserve to love it. We believe that creating a beautiful home doesn’t need to break the bank. We believe that uncluttered spaces lead to uncluttered souls and opens you up to endless possibilities. We believe in treating each and every client the way we want to be treated. Most of all, we believe that love is in the details. Let us help you with the details!
Meet the Julies
I've been a proud mama to three beautiful boys since 2005. They give purpose to every single day. I am a multi-potentialite to my core {and always have been.} I crave order. Cherry coke is my weakness. I love pretty spaces. Lists make my world go round. Crossing things off of them is unparalleled. Laughing is my absolute favorite. Office supplies bring me insane amounts of happy. I am a Christ-follower. I do my best to love people well. Parenting is a passion. Naps can’t be beat. I’m usually cold {and if it weren’t for amazing family I wouldn’t live in Michigan.} My friends are the best. One day a week, for about 5 whole minutes, freshly painted nails make me feel like I’ve got it together. I’m a lipstick tomboy and a jock at heart. Watching my kiddos thrive in their own ways is pure joy. I’m a sucker for a good cause. I like to conquer challenges. Girls nights are always what the doctor ordered. Beach days are my haven. I am a work in progress and always will be.
I love my life.

Born and raised in the Mitten State, I’m back home after living the corporate dream (a.k.a. grind) in Chicago for 17 years. Along the way, I married my better half in 1999, had three amazing humans, started a consulting business and found out that pilates is my jam. I’m a hockey mom X3. I use hand warmers year round. I am happiest behind my camera, or in front of my sewing machine, or with a paint roller, or in Homegoods. (Yes, definitely Homegoods). My parents and sister are my true north. I love to laugh (loudly) and I deeply respect a good sense of humor. Organizing calms my nerves. I am a perfectionist, an eternal optimist and life-long learner. Most days, I can’t believe how blessed I am to have been given this life to live. I try to live honestly, teach my children by example, and do my best to leave the world a little better than I found it.
