MEET THE JULIES
Before we were “Rugs To Rafters”, we were individually the friend that our girlfriends called for decorating tips and advice. We are now living the dream, together, as our livelihood. We are continually humbled and honored to be invited into people’s homes. Our work is personal and we strive to come in as “Rugs to Rafters” and leave as friends.
